BSN Elastomull, thanks to its crepe-like web structure, holds tight even if the individual turns of the bandage only overlap by 1/3rd. If applied properly, there is no chance of binding or constriction. The special, high proportion of cotton and the light, airy web structure give Elastomull great wearing comfort. Elastomull sits dependably on extremities and conic body parts without shifting around.

Dual adhesive effect provided by a crêpe texture weave and a micro-structured coating with a latex-free synthetic polymer for secure, long-lasting placement with just a few turns. Even when used on large, difficult-to-bandage body parts , the bandage ‘s individual turns won’t loosen or shift.

bandaging with Peha-haft does not require additional fastening of the ends; the bandage’s end only needs to be pressed on and it will stay in place.Peha-haft only sticks to itself, not to skin, hair or clothing; it is unusually breathable, because the open weave is not occluded by the impregnation, preventing heat build up and so making it easier to wear.

Peha-haft is made absorbent and friendly to skin ue to its high natural fiber content and the easily tolerated micro-structured coating. It can be stretched up to 85%, does not wrinkle up or bind, preventing interference with movement of joints.

Suitable for all types of dressing retention bandages, particularly on joints as well as on conical and round parts of the body.

It is hard to conceive of treating venous leg ailments by compression therapy without Puetter’s counter-rotating bandaging technique. It requires two specially strong short-stretch bandages, the so-called Puetter bandages. They are available in a diagnosis-specific double pack of two Puetter bandages and as single bandages in various widths.

the Puetter bandage’s strong, woven stretch fabric with ca. 90% stretch exerts a very strong compression with high working pressure and low resting pressure. This will also have a therapeutic effect on the deep, sub-fascial vein areas.

The counter-rotational bandaging method combined with the strength of the bandages results in exceptionally durable bandaging that exerts sustained compression.

Since the short-stretch bandages moreover conform easily to changes in leg shape caused by oedemic detumescence, they can be left in place for about three days, except in acute, highly oedemic states.

The Puetter bandage is made of 100% cotton. It is breathable and tolerated by the skin, as well as being washable and sterilizable, with steam, up to 134°C.
