SUSI Surgical Scissors

Needle-holder after Hegar/Olsen with two-finger grip, riveted hinge and lock.

It is designed like forceps in its style, straight and has a waffle-design on the jaws. The handle is approx. 2 fingers long and the hinge is riveted. A ratchet-lock is at the end. Suited for deep-surgery with relatively small surgical opening.

The relatively long, slim needle-holder guarantees secure handling of the needle without limiting the view of the surgical area.

Optional version with shears behind the jaws for severing threads.
