Silicone-Respirator Professional

The Ambu Silicone respiratory-bag optimally combines the one-chamber principle, high-quality materials and experience gained from previous respiratory-bags. The unique safety-strap, as well as the handy body, give a safe feeling even during one-handed respiration.

The one-membrane patient-valve (EMP) with turnable patient-nozzle, fits onto the silicone respirator for adults and children. Through alike valve-connections, the EMP naturally also fits the Ambu Mark IV. In this way, the optional O2 -tank or the Ambu demand-valve can be connected directly. This compatibility lowers storage costs. You have the option to label the respirator on the hanging-loop (i.e. OR for operating room).

Children- or newborn-bags are equipped with a 40 cm H2O pressure valve.

The “Neonate” Silicone Respirator is equipped with an oxygen-tank hose. Because of its small size, it’s ideally suited for use in the incubator. It has a manometer-connector which allows control of the respiration pressures through an external pressure-meter.

The components of the silicone respirators are autoclavable to 134 °C (O2-reservoir washable at 60 °C).

All Ambu respirators are latex-free.
