Characteristics Omnifix elastic is extraordinaly soft and supple as well as breathable and permeable to water vapor. Skin excretions are barely interefered with so that even large body sections can be covered completely without risking maceration. Skin friendly Omnifix elastic’s skin-friendly traits are supported by a synthetic latex adhesive that even patients with overly-sensitive skin and disposed to allergic reactions tolerate well. Sure adhesion Omnifix elastic adheres securely, yet can be removed painlessly and without leaving residues. Extra comfort Thanks to its elastic non-woven carrier material, Omnifix lets itself be fitted securely and without folds even to joints and rounded body parts without impeding movement. Extra transparency Omnifix elastic does not absorb x-rays and so does not require removing for x-ray examinations. If necessary, Omnifix elastic can be radiation-sterilized. Easy handling Omnifix elastic is easy to handle. A measuring scale printed on the cover paper facilitates exact trimming; the wave-shaped, die-cut backing paper is easy to remove. Especially economical Omnifix elastic comes in various sizes on 10 meter rolls; a special 2 meter roll is available for the dispensary. Uses For full coverage bandage fixing in all medical area; ideal for fixing bandages onto joints, round and conical body parts; for fixing measuring instruments, proves, cathteters and so forth in place; and for patients with delicate skin. Hypoallergenic fixation fleece made of white, non-woven fiber material; with synthetic latex adhesive; particularly soft and contouring; can be stretched laterally; extremely breathable and permeable to water vapor; non-macerating; stays on securely, painless removal without leaving residue; impervious to radiation, can be sterilized with radiation.
