All-around closed, multi-layered compress with very high absorbency, for the care of strongly secreting wounds.

Vliwazell-absorbent compresses are especially skin-friendly and gentle on wounds because of their especially soft non-woven covering. Wound secretions are quickly channeled into the cellulose flakes, whose absorption capacity is many times that of a gauze bandage. A fluid-inhibiting non-woven layer on the back protects from saturation of the wound secretions and in this way protects clothing and linens.

ES-Kompressen are 17thread count compresses made of bandage mull per EN 14079-VM 17 with selvedges. As a classic bandaging material with a broad spectrum of applications it’s impossible not to think about them in the wound care context.

thanks to the folded-in sling edges, the compresses can be unfolded several times to a larger size without having untidy threads hanging from the edges.
